Delete Your Account & Data
Delete your account directly in the app
You can delete your account at any time from within the Wizards Codex mobile app:
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Select Soft Delete (disables your account) or Hard Delete (permanently removes your account and purges your characters).
Request deletion via email
If you prefer, you can request deletion by emailing us from the address you used to sign up:
- Email: fourohfourdigital@gmail.com
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include: Your full name (optional) and the email address associated with your Wizards Codex account
We'll verify ownership and action your request. If you ask for a hard delete, your Auth0 account will be removed and your characters will be permanently purged. A soft delete disables your account and flags your data for potential recovery within our retention window.
What gets deleted
- Hard delete: Your account in Auth0 and your associated characters and links in our database are permanently removed.
- Soft delete: Your account is disabled and marked as deleted in our systems and Auth0 metadata.
